Caitlin Lawrence is a born and raised New York Artist. Growing up on Long Island she experienced all the different wonders of nature, from beaches to beautifully wooded landscapes.
 
After graduating high school she traveled to South America working with a humanitarian organization. While living in Peru, she absorbed the colorful culture and art. During her time off volunteering she studied with local artists throughout the Sacred Valley. 
 
Her South American travels lit a spark of desire to further indulge in fine art. Caitlin's work has been influenced by Peruvian culture, focusing on natural elements of the Earth. Through her use of vivid color palettes and bold characters she creates empowering pieces. Today her work can be found in private collections throughout the East Coast. As well as published in “Ditto” Magazine.
